What file types can I upload?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. 3MF and STEP are ideal because they carry units and, in 3MF's case, print settings. If you only have a photo or a sketch, use the “Describe your idea” option instead.

What happens to my files?

Your uploads are used only to evaluate and manufacture the print you requested. They are never displayed publicly, shared with third parties, sold, or reused for other customers' orders.

I don't have a 3D model. Can you still help?

Yes — that's what the “Describe your idea” path is for. Send measurements, photos and a description, and we'll quote modeling time alongside printing.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on material, print time, size, quantity and post-processing. Small parts often land in the $15–$40 range; batches and large pieces scale from there. Every quote is fixed before printing starts.

How long does it take?

Most quotes within 24 hours. Once approved, most single parts finish in 2–4 business days, and batches in about 1–2 weeks depending on size.

Can I pick up locally in Naples instead of shipping?

Do I need an account?

Not for a quote. You'll get an order number you can use on the order status page to check progress. Accounts and saved order history are coming later.

Are there prints you won't do?

We decline anything you don't have the right to reproduce, plus weapons and weapon components, and designs that infringe copyright or trademarks.

Can you help make my part stronger?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We review wall thickness, orientation, infill and material choice, and will suggest changes if a small tweak makes a big difference in durability.
