How it works

A short, predictable process built around one thing: you getting a part that actually fits and works.

  1. Step 01

    Submit — Send a model or an idea

    • Upload STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP files, or describe the part in plain language.
    • Add quantity, approximate dimensions, material preference and deadline.
    • Attach reference photos or sketches — especially useful for replacement parts.

  2. Step 02

    Review & quote — We check printability first

    • We inspect wall thickness, overhangs, tolerances and orientation.
    • If a material or design change would make the part stronger or cheaper, we'll say so.
    • You get a fixed price and a realistic timeline. Most quotes within 24 hours.

  3. Step 03

    Print — Approved settings, no surprises

    • Printing starts only after you approve the quote.
    • For batches we dry-fit a first article before running the rest.
    • Support removal and basic cleanup are included in every quote.

  4. Step 04

    Ship or drop-off — However is easiest for you

    • Shipping with tracking anywhere in the continental US.
    • Local drop-off and pickup available in Naples, FL and nearby Naples-area communities.
    • Track progress any time with your order number.
